It will enable a province to hyperbuild at x10 the speed whilst the province's networth score is below the hyperbuild count. (Hyperbuild can be found in profile stat) The bonus build speed does not apply to City Walls, Towers, Barracks, Siege and Mercenary Camps. Apart from having a maximum networth restriction, Hyperbuild has an expiry time of 2 weeks, after which the bonus will no longer be available. |
